Membership Application
To apply for admission to any of our private events, please follow these steps: Submit your application before attending SwapSwing to expedite the process. Once your membership application is reviewed by the membership committee, you will receive an email notification of your status.
If you submit your application on the same day you plan to attend, management may grant a temporary membership to allow entry during the review period. This temporary membership is a courtesy and is at the discretion of management until the application is fully reviewed.
All submitted information is strictly confidential, used only for internal private event purposes, and will not be shared with any other parties.
If you have ever had a membership, this application is not required. Membership pricing is per couple and does not include contributions to event expenses, which are paid separately each time you attend an event. A current membership is required for all attendees. If any member of your party does not have a membership, they will need to purchase one before being admitted. All parties must be acquainted with each other; those who have just met at a bar or via Tinder will not be permitted entry.
If you are not yet a member, please submit an online application at least 3 days in advance.
Terms of Use for Swapswing Membership
By signing up for membership within the SwapSwing community, you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the membership and should not proceed to register. By using the membership you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with SwapSwing regarding your use of the membership. You must agree to abide by all terms and conditions in this Agreement to become or remain an authorized user of the membership. “We” and “us” refer to SwapSwing or any successor or assign of SwapSwing.
Your right to use the membership is subject to any limitations, conditions, and restrictions established by us at our discretion. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the membership at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the membership or restrict your access to parts or all of the membership without notice or liability.
You represent, warrant, and covenant that you are at least 21 years old.
You agree to use the membership in accordance with the following Code of Conduct: You will keep all information provided to you through the membership as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you.
You will not use the membership to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, or recordings containing libelous, slanderous, abusive, or defamatory statements, or racist, obscene, or offensive language.
You will not use the membership to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person.
You will not post messages, pictures, or recordings or use the membership in any way
Violates, plagiarizes, or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights, or Is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law.
Exclusive Members must purchase a membership to use the features of the membership. Memberships
can be purchased online via credit card in accordance with our pricing policy as posted on the membership from time to time. In addition to the membership price, purchasers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing policy at any time. We also reserve the right to change the method of payment. Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will update your account to Exclusive Membership with the correct expiration date. Payments in incorrect amounts or non-US$ will be adjusted to the correct expiration date based on the funds received, converted to US$ at a reasonable market exchange rate. Expiration dates are determined by the type of membership purchased. If your membership expires, you will revert to a guest member and will not have access to “paid features” until another membership is purchased. Termination of the membership due to breach of this Agreement or any other reason results in immediate forfeiture of your membership.
THE PURCHASE OF A MEMBERSHIP IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Unused membership periods are non-refundable, even if you stop using the membership. Membership cannot be transferred to another member. Lifetime Membership payments cover administrative costs and extend the privilege to use the membership indefinitely, barring termination of your account for any reason outlined here. Thus, no refunds are issued for Lifetime Memberships if the membership or your account is terminated.
If membership fees change after your purchase, you are not liable for the difference if fees increase, nor entitled to a refund if fees decrease.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership, including applicable taxes, at the rates in effect when incurred. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change fees or charges or add new ones by posting updates on the site. You are responsible for any fees incurred to access the membership through an Internet access provider or other third-party service, including telephone charges. You are responsible for any unauthorized charges to your credit card by third parties.
By using the membership, you agree to our Privacy Statement. You acknowledge that (a) we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information you provide through the Internet or your email messages and release us from any liability
